As per the CB Guide lines following Rules apply while approving Mortgage
1) For Expatriates for 1st Property above Aed 5 Mio you will get up to 65% Of the value
2) For Expatriates for 1st property below Aed 5 Mio you will get up to 75% of the Value
3) For all the subsequent properties up to 60% of the Market Value

Depending upon the bank approving the rates will differ from 3.25% to 3.99% for the first year.

1) For the following years it will be linked to either EIBOR OR Banks base lending rate
2) Fixed rate products up to 5 years are available from the banks.
